• Kids ages 6-13

This class will go over how to spot danger, how to gain situational awareness and will introduce tools in which your child will be able to use in defense. This class will also touch on the effects of bullying and how dealing with a bully should be treated differently than in a street defense scenario. 

Our women's self defense classes are designed to empower women with confidence and skills to protect themselves. With a unique mama bear approach, we focus on practical techniques that can be used in real-life situations.
