At Street Smart Sisters, we focus on empowering women through comprehensive self-defense training. Our classes equip you with practical skills and the confidence to protect yourself and your family in any situation. Message us privately to see what class best suits you or your child.
Kickboxing
Power up your body while loosing weight and gaining lean muscle. This class will give you the necessary skills and power to be able to defend yourself against this scary world. Learn exactly what exercises will help you, if you need to defend yourself or your family.
- Targeted for women 13 & up
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 6am & 9am
- $5 a class -walk-ins encouraged! (this is a discounted class designed to help our Sachem community take strides towards being safe.
Stranger Danger/Anti Bullying
- 1st Saturday of every month @5pm
- Kids ages 6-13
- $25 per class
- This class will go over how to spot danger, how to gain situational awareness and will introduce tools in which your child will be able to use in defense. This class will also touch on the effects of bullying and how dealing with a bully should be treated differently than in a street defense scenario.
Women’s Self Defense
- 1st Saturday of every month @6pm
- Women ages 11 & up.
- $25 per class
- This class is based upon women’s two most impressive superpowers, their intuition and their hips! (YES, hips!) We will go over how to use the mind to prevent and protect us in many different situations, using our body as a tool along the way. As our students progress they will also learn life saving techniques against different types of weapons.
